I asked them to show me on their website where it stated the 3 strikes and you're out policy, and also to provide proof of postage but they didnt reply at all. Especially annoying because I've got 700 unredeemed points at the mo and debating whether to carry on doing surveys or not.:j Growing Older is Mandatory, Growing Up is Optional :j0

Yes they told me at first they only sent it twice but I kept emailing and eventually they said they sent it again! Had to wait another 6-8 weeks again but still did not arrive. Yes I have about 400 points but I refuse to complete any more surveys till they send me this cheque.
Since they stopped giving the 5 points when you did not qualify for a survey and offer you sweepstake tickets instead I think it has gone down hill since then. Before when I cashed out the cheque always arrived within the time period they suggested but not now.
I wonder how many more people Totallybonkers are in the same boat as us and not receiving their cheques! Is this the way forward for them say they have posted the cheque and then when you do not receive them say they have sent them 3 times and then tough you lose it!! Not fair!!:mad:0 -

Hi Thriftymanc
I too would have said yes they do send out their cheques from previous experience but unfortunately since last May I can no longer say that about them0 -
