Am I looking for the impossible, I am after a DVD HDD recorder with twin digital tuners (with Freeview if possible). I am looking at the things which are out now, they say they have twin tuners but one digitial and one analogue. My way of thinking (not techie) is that when analogue is switched off, these set ups with just leave you with a single tuner. Only able to record one channel and unable to watch another. Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
Any advice or pointers to good advice sites would be appreciated.
Thanks

It seems that yes, you (we) ARE looking for something that doesn't exist:

I'm sure that marketing people will be wanting to milk the marketplace by rolling out new machines which are almost, but not quite, what we want. Why not just build a media-centre PC, then you can upgrade as needed.0
