T-mobile Broadband volume limit?

Could anyone tell me what this means? i've just gone over mine :money:

All mobile broadband deals have a data usage limit and you have exceeded yours.
With some providers you get out-of-plan data charges which are often outrageous in price but I think T-Mobile just limit your speed although I vaguely remember seeing something about them changing their policy a few weeks back.
You need to check with them or you could face a big bill.0 -

I am with t mobile and have exceeded my limit several times (I don't know how I only use it for surfing). They just stop downloads between 4pm and midnight.
Where did you hear they had changed it recently, can you remember as they have not informed me and I would hate a surprise bill. ThanksLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -
Well it won't have been this site which came up in a quick search but was probably one of the dozens of others all saying the same thing. I don't think they intend to charge excess fees from what I read but the policy has changed.
