Apple customer service

I'm suggesting that all these stores / manufacturers provide worse products and worse customer service than Apple, and the facts back me up on this.
You didn't mention any manufacturers; the only companies you mentioned are stores which sell Apple products. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

I had a partly-dead pixel (the red sub-pixel was dead, the other two colours worked) on my iPad, near the edge of the screen. I only noticed this after about a week, it was only noticeable on a red screen or with the brightness turned up to max. Apple replaced it, and let me check the replacement in store for dead pixels before I accepted it. I have never experienced this with anything else with a screen, for monitors it's usually something like no replacement until there are 5+ dead pixels.
They really are very good for customer service.0 -
Was it water damaged? Did you get it wet?Hi,
I have had problems with my ipad not charging. I made an appt at the Liverpool One Apple store and they told me it had been water damaged and that the warranty was invalidated. They then told me it would cost £180 plus vat for a replacement.
However in the next breath he said as a goodwill gesture they would replace it free of charge.
I've no idea if this is common practice but i was happy as larry at the result.
A cynic might suspect that fixing warranty repairs, but logging them as goodwill repaired customer damage, keeps customers happy and reliability statistics looking healthy. :think:There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

Samsung (and possibly others) have a zero dead pixel policy.Humphrey10 wrote: »I had a partly-dead pixel (the red sub-pixel was dead, the other two colours worked) on my iPad, near the edge of the screen.
