Hi,
If at the end of a broadand contract you chose to change provider. Can you keep the modem? I'm with BT and they provide a home hub with the service.

With BT,you buy the hub off them & so it's yours (well,I did anyway) but other ISP's have you return them.0

o2 Home Broadband you have to return it (they make this very clear when signing up, in the welcome letter and when you leave)0

HORRANGE Livebox is just "rented" as well - but I still have mine waiting for the returns envelope after 2.5 years!!!0

Seems to vary either they want it back or its yours to keep .
Those that want them back often forget anyway .
My last router was mine to keep after twelve months according to the deal i did with the retentions team .
