Cyclingyorkie Whoops
sorry misread that.
Well I hope your OH gets better soon (Kinda glad it's not a littlie with a nasty "baddy"
He told you there's something he's not told you? Yikes! Big hugs that cant be easy.
Right I MUST get on with me list. Having the dog park on your lap is not a good excuse not to"I know that Prince Charming doesn’t come save me, we save each other and fight back to back against all comers that’s what marriage is to me. Nothing passive, no being carried off on a white steed, give me my own damn horse and lets ride into the sunset side by side." - Laurell K. Hamilton.0 -
Morning everyone!
Cycling - your poor DH! Is he a right handed bowler? If so he will probably be as useless as I have been these past 5 weeks. I offer you a huge helping of patience as you will have to do everything (try doing up a zip with one hand)
Natty - Vertigo - how horrible! Take care sweetie x
lil me - Happy birthday to your DS
Maxonion - hope you are feeling rested and better this morning.
DS3 has the temp/throat/chucking up lurgy now. We have been up since 4.30. He is asleep on the kitchen sofa. I'm going to get dressed in a minute.
I've strained my knee. I've walked too far this last week (Friday 8 miles, Sunday 8 miles, Tuesday 11 miles). I can rest it today as my NN is taking DD2 to school. My walking partner's physiotherapist DH thinks it's a muscle (diagnosed in the playground through jeans;)) and says it's not going to get better while I am walking. Big problem as I still can't drive and school runs alone are 2 miles a day!:(
I'm back to see the private consultant tonight. I hope he will confirm a date for my op as it's making it very difficult to plan DH's 50'th celebrations.

Morning all,
Just put a load in the WM - tis freezing out there! We actually had a little bit of snow here this morning!
Have texted LadyL this morning as I hadn't heard from her for a bit - she's ok, and says to say hello to everyone from her.
I'm working this afternoon in a reception class (not my favourite year-group, as I'm not specifically trained in Early Years teaching), but haven't had a call for work this morning. It's annoying though, as the reception class don't start back after lunch until 1.20pm, so there would've been plenty of time to get from another school in the morning. Never mind, at least it's some work, and that's the main thing (since the budget cuts, a lot of schools have stopped using agency staff to supply as they are too expensive, and have been covering internally with teaching assistants).
Hope everyone is well.
