Tomorrow (normally my ironing/housework as well as job search day ;) ) I have a day of errands. Best of all, I have a lady from @v0n coming round to sign me up first thing in the morning :D Other jobs include me running to the bank, doctors & clothes shopping for an outfit to go out in on Friday night

Right now I need to go and do battle with the ironing board covers (I have 4 on mine because I was sick of the mesh pattern showing up on clothing as I ironed) which I took off to wash last night
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Thanks for the list Pigpen, glad the puter is working for you now :)!

Nicki, great news that you managed to get the house sorted in under 2 hours - this flying really works doesn't it!
Cyclingyorkie, glad you enjoyed the film but ouch for your poor DH :(. Hope it heals well and sending coping vibes to you (if he's anything like my DH you'll need them ;))
Lil_me, poor DS, hope you can get him settled. Like you say, kids eh!

Right, must go to bed - I meant to go early tonight but had typing job to do, then wanted to do some knitting and once I picked up those needles time just whizzes by! Good night all :)

Agreed cold water for bloody stuff, never warm. That trick I was shown on a caravan site by a lady who had more children than pigpen :D works very well. I've never had to resort to bleach since.

Well that's DSs asleep. DS2s birthday tomorrow and he seems to be fine now so I think I'll have to make him go to school. He's at cubs tomorrow night so we've planned a birthday on Sunday. My week off to get things done has been so hindered I need to get him to school really so I can crack on with it as I feel guilty if I do it when he is home.

Mumof2 thanks, me too. He's well known for it now

Tomorrows main jobs apart from trying my best on PPs list

    Invoice for funding
    SORN the other car
    Get some soup pots
    Put gibble into garage
All bins out after a quick 2 bin bag (once recycling one parp) run round the house
Fold 6 loads of clean/dry laundry, hang what needed

Book travel lodge or holiday inn for the trip to Ayr (opticians) .... Holiday inn is 12 more but includes buffet style breakfast.... Think a large cooked breakfast out each would cost much more, can't decide what to do.
One day I might be more organised...........

Hopefully I'll get a catchup on today and do 4 days in 1.
Wishing you all a good day, Silver x

    Morning All

Jerry still has an upset stomach - I am so glad that DH got up first this morning! His bed's in the wash for the second time as it didn't come clean the first time. DS off school again today so I'm going to ask my mum if she'll come down here and have him instead of at their house so she can keep letting Jerry out.

    Have a good day all

I didn't see the source of the injury - it was wrapped in a blood covered towel. They kept him in so I guess i'll find out later!
