Plusnet webmail problem

I wonder if anyone can help .My sister has just signed up to plusnet .She has never even switched on a compuetr before.
She is recieving emails except for emails with attachments (photos).I sent her one and it got rejected at her end.The error code i get is 550 550 #5 1.0

Plusnets web mail can be a bit of a pig to sort out initially, best bet would be to ask on Plusnets community forum.

There is a section for emails but you would have to register for the forum first.

Error 550 is often unknown user, but there should be more info in your bounced message, did she get the message which I would be surprised at unless you sent a receive reply. She cannot normally get 550 at her end when receiving. Can you clarify where the message is being received and if there were any other information in the message. Tx

OK looks like you have sent her mail and you got bounced, so 1st try getting her to send you one and then reply attaching just one piccy . But use reply and then attach the photo (just 1 for now) not just write / compose or whatever.

That`s exactly what I did.She only sent me text but i replied with pic which i have done millions of times.same thing happened when her son sent her email with pic,she didn`t recieve it.
Seems to be something her end.Her son works in IT so I know he did nothing wrong.

OK can you contact her via email without attachments?

That`s exactly what i did and have done numerous times before to other people .She recieved my first email which only contained text.It was the second email I sent her with attachment which didn`t reach her.
Her son (who works in IT) also sent her email with pic attachment and she didn`t recieve that either.

Whilst waiting I will send me @ plusnet a mail from me @ google with 13m photo see waht happens
