maybe you havent run the account long enough to have a high enough internal rating because i dont think theybase their decisions on just your credit report. if you log into your online banking are there any credit card offers for you? i remember someone saying here that he had an online offer and was declined when he applied but when he called customer services they gave him another guaranteed offer for a clarity card which he/she accepted. so maybe you should call them up?

I'm guessing that 'may be' the case as I've only had the account for less than a week. I tried to apply in branch but apparently it's not something they offer in branch...very weird. I think there are links to credit cards but I don't think it's a pop up offer. I had an offer for a Web Saver with them so I know for definite they want my custom in regards to that. However, there hasn't been any selling of the credit card. I might just phone up and see what the situation is. Many thanks!
