Please help - IVA Approved but mortgage company applied for Court Order

Thanks Charco, I've spoken to the IP and to the chap at the council.
IVA has had first payment cancelled but she said that if DH didn't get a job soon then IVA wouldn't be for us ??
DH has got a second interview for a job he'd been head hunted for before he lost his job - we just don't know when that will be and it has already been cancelled once so I'm slightly dubious.
Also council chap said that we now couldn't progress on the court papers as the income and expenditure is now null and void effectively until DH gets another job.
Got an appointment at The Job Centre at 3.40 as my wages are only £700.00

Thanks for the responses guys, yes it's a bummer isn't it!
Well, his docs are now being sent off for processing and they said that at the minute they're taking about 10 days but they shouldn't be anymore than that. Apparently you only get job seekers for 6 months so please God let him get something fast. I asked what happened if you still weren't in a job after 6 months and they said - "you get nothing". Apparently because I earn (even though it's only £700.00 full time) we wouldn't be entitled to anything. GREAT!
Apparently the most we'd be ab;e to claim is £102.00 weekly joint and that's if I wasn't working - so I have nothing but admiration for people that manage to live on that meager allowance! By the time you've done the electric, gas, water and house insurance - what's left for food?? Nothing!!
Other than constantly searching for work there isn't much else we can do - we've done all we can and contacted all we had to.
So, tonight we thought beggar it and treated ourselves to the cinema with "2 for 1" Orange Wednesday, then went for an Italian afterwards. Money we shouldn't be spending I know but when you've had as much thrown at you as we have we needed to chill.
So I can definitely recommend "The Fighter", it's a fab film!
Started with a cold and got a sore throat too now though - Boo Hoo!!When looking at the climb in front of you, don't forget to look back once in a while and see how far you have come:j
