Got a new line installed 13 of january. Broadband was suppose to be turned on that same day, According to the company who ordered broadband ordered adsl2+ as it was available, Turns out it wasn't so bt just cancelled the broadband install.
Was then told by isp would be installed on 21 of january checked and checked all day nothing no connection, contacted ISP to find out now i am being told bt wont enable the broadband till atleast 28th of january now abit of a Pi$$ take.
Anyone have any ideas on what i could do or numbers to call to complain to bt.

All you can do is complain to your ISP as the BT companies involved in providing your broadband (BT Wholeasale and BT Openreach) are not public facing and you have no contract with them. Your only contract is with the ISP.0
