Orange or bethere? broadband opinions?

I have orange mobile phone and saw that BBand is only £10 with orange...

Does anyone have any experience of them? I am currently on Virgin but paying £40 a month (trying to get this lower) and not too fussed about TV (can live with just freeview) so I am wondering if I should go with Orange or Bethere (which I've heard good things about also)

Im on bethere cant fault there service always worked and your given advanced notice if theres any disruptions etc also customer service is brilliant always there to help and have rectified problems on same call.Also ive not come across the FUP yet and thats having sometimes consumed a huge amount of bandwidth (>1TB).

you'd be mad to pick orange over bethere - the difference in customer service is amazing. If you have problems with be they sort them, orange just shrug and you can go weeks without service due to their indifference.

Be is one of the best. Horange is one of the worst. Simply no contest, even if the latter is a bit cheaper.
What are your other LLU options? If you can get Be, you can also get O2.

I was originally on freeserve/wanadoo which of course are now Orange. I see all the bad press over Orange and I honestly have never had a problem (but never had to use their customer services).

a friend of mine has orange phone and broadband he downloaded a few torrents and got a letter telling him not to do it or else!?
so he stopped.
