it obviously comes with the box like the picture, however that is a cheap cheap price.

they always say 'u cant return food' e.t.c, just send it back with a letter of complaint, they'll have no choice to refund u as they have it and u dont.

Me thinks that their IT guys have linked the wrong picture to the wrong product.

This looks more like the correct advert that goes with the picture of the boxed tea.

I would email them and complain about it, see what they say, they might refund youand not bother asking for the coffee back if you are lucky, as it would be more hassle to put it back into stock than it is worth.

I used to work at Whittard and those packets are definitely tea not coffee. Looks like the wrong photo has been added.

Zoom in and you can see the box contains tea.

I'd get in touch with them and tell them you want to return as they have ballsed up with their stock photo.

I might have looked at the price of £3.33 per 100gm and the pack price of £4.00 and thought I'd be getting 4 very small (i.e. 31.25 gms) packets but I agree, the photograph is definitely misleading.
I'd have expected it to come in a highly varnished wooden box, too.

Lost2, I'd take a screenshot of both items i.e. the one you bought from @ £4.00 plus the one Rikbar has found (which seems to be the right one) @ £16.00 and send them with your complaint.

What brand is the cofee they actually sent you?

HoF's standard T&C non-return of food & beverages shouldn't apply in this case.

Definately the wrong picture, which is not that uncommon for house of fraser. Sorry to hear you were sent something different from what you were expecting. You should be able to return it under the distance selling regulations but I do warn you that their customer services team are a waste of time, in my experience they are very unhelpful and dismissive.
