you able to tell me how much the lidl d/washer salt is, just comparing prices as tesco sell a 3kg bag for £1.63 but if lidl is cheaper then ill get some from there
I stock up so the last time I bought it was November when it was 85p for a 2kg box. So yes, cheaper (42.5p c/f 54p per kg) at November prices.0 -
- Shortbread fingers (made will all butter, excellent value and taste great)
The shortbread rounds are really lovely too, great if you've got people coming round to tea although a bit pricey for everyday biscuits. Fig rolls (35p?) are the cheapest I've seen anywhere. And if it's not been mentioned, packs of frankfurters at 99p are great in pasta or sausage sandwiches. Smoked bacon is fantastic especially when on offer.0 -
Love Formil washing powder and liquid, their Potato Salad is the best I've ever tried, salami and chorizo and other meats are lovely!0

Mini-magnums - the kids swore they'dnot be as good, until they tasted them - 12 for £1.80
Serrano / Parma / Chorizo pre-pack - often on offer but at regular price is the same as Tesco/Asda cheapest but better quality
Roasted Peanuts in Shells (my healthy nut snack of choice) a bit cheaper than Tesco's (blue pack, not the clear in fruit and veg which is even dearee) but much larger but kernels, therefore better.
Mozarella - cheaper than others, incl healthy option
Bottled beer is often on a decent deal
Plus any specials - veg etc although I find it doesn't last (then again no supermarket does veg last lasts!)0 -
