Try phoning the Birmingham city centre store to see if they will refund you and let you buy it straight back with points :D
Managed to get an Ipod nano 4gb in Merry Hill so very happy as I managed However now I have the one arriving from Boots.com with extra points and cheaper so I don't know what to do, as I would like to keep the points and return the one arriving in the post!

DONT YOU GET PAIN IN YOUR COLD/FLUS?? I explained I didnt care as the sigs were there but she wouldnt have it. Still.. scammed her for 800 proff hair care points LOL

See if she'll put the Botanics Glow Lotion and razors thru the till, and ask for her advice about the product:-

"Is this stuff any good? I don't want to end up going orange, it's such a tacky look..." :)

(Best done if there's a queue of people waiting!)

Wow - brill thread - thanks to everyone for their advice & findings :T

Quick question: the free No.7 gift bag....is it normally scanned along with your purchases so it shows on your receipt?

    Thanks again folks....

Also - have to agree with someone who posted earlier about No.7 counter staff in Hanley....MISERABLE MOOS

thanks so im not the only 1 whos noticed the no7 staff in hanley, their qualities.
    ignoring customers
    not offering advice
turning away and pretending to sort stock if they dont feel like serving
    snatching vouchers and advantage cards
always being stuck up.A while ago i was ignored and my purchases were put in a boots bag whilst another customer who spent less than me was given a no7 posh gift bag all because the other lady looked well off -thats what i think anyway.
    Love can tame the wildest

Hi, I'm new here so please bear with me if I'm posting this wrongly or in the wrong place! I've read through many of the posts and so set off to Boots this morning to use my £5 no. 7 voucher. I wanted to buy a compact for £6 but the voucher was refused and I was told I couldn't make a single purchase but could only use the voucher in a 3 for 2 purchase. I pointed out it didn't say anything on the voucher, in fact it actually says cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on the back, but it was still refused. Is this correct? If so, does this mean I can for my 3 for 2 any first item (ie not a no. 7 item), no. 7 compact for £6 minus the voucher = £1, plus the third item free? Can someone clarify this please? MJ
I work at boots and the £5 off no.7 vouchers dont work if the no.7 product you are buying is already reduced price i hope this helps you
