Boots Grabbit Bargains Thread part 3 - post your finds here

Hi guys, I'm new to all this, but I've been following the thread for a while now and I really have to take my hat off to you all, the info you give is great, if a bit complicated at times for a newbie!
How on earth do you all do it, you'd qualify for degrees in the boots points system. I'm afraid you'd be ashamed of me, I have to sheepishly admit I don't even have an advantage card.
Although I do try to remember to take my mum's when I'm going to get her points, so maybe there's hope for me.
Anyway, while I was in Boots tonight I remembered about the razors and botanics. Well much to my surprise and that of the SA it worked, so thanks to all of you for the info.
Thanks especially to the OP, can't believe how they found it, the staff don't even seem to know about it!
Oh and since they didn't have half of what I needed in stock, the contents of my basket came to less than £10 when an announcement came over the tannoy just in time that it was triple points at the weekend. So, I quickly deposited it back on the shelves and will get it all together tomorrow, more points for mum and definitely hope for me yet!0 -
i dont know if this will help but ive noticed that the sa on the pharmacy are less fussy about returns it might be easier to go there because the staff on the tills are fairly new at xmas times so are extra cautious.Love can tame the wildest0

thanksI heart The Capital0 -
yes you can buy nappies but not baby milk....as a general rule, if you get points on it when you buy it you can spend points on it

Hi there, I suppose it depends on the actual needs of the child but they have some great Boots own brand board games and craft gifts in the 342. I bought my daughter a craft set for £10 which contains loads of different textured paper, stickers, collage bits etc all in a big see through folder which will be useful to store whatever they create!
