Sorry Miss_Money - didn't want to scare anyone - I asked instore today whether they had any in stock and they said they were all reing recalled from Boots stores. Not sure how this will effect the products free with Eve magazine. You could always try calling customer services at Boots on

    0800 915 0004 or 0115 9181201

And ask them to clarify, as the product isn't under the product recall section of their website

I'm sure it's not a big problem - but better safe than sorry. Didn't mean to cause a scare - sorry!

DD1 is well trained! She got a voucher from the ACM today for BOGOF on Gorgeous Feet, so bought two of these...

    http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1071492&classificationid=1042884

which are part of the Gift Set 3 for 2 offer, so she also got one of these.

    http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1076095&classificationid=1043653

for the grand total of £8.00 as both the BOGOF and 3 for 2 kicked in!

    She was suitably pleased.

Thanks very much for this KrispiiDuck and DD1 - worked for me today - excellent. Bought 2 Gorgeous Feet gift sets and an Evening Primrose handwash and handlotion gift set. Brilliant!

I managed to get my winter health pack after buying the BOGOF cherry lozengers - thanks for the idea.

Did get my botanics lotion free with the basics razors for 31p but only with a bit of pressure. The till didn't let it go through and, when I queried this, the SA kindly told me it was only meant for the creams which were more expensive. She said that as the razors were only 31p they wouldn't really allow an expensive freebie. So.... sweetly stated that it didn't say creams only and there were no exclusions and what were razors for if not to remove hair (thank you to whoever earlier used that line- it won the day!).
Off she went to management and 4 mins later I was allowed it reluctantly as a 'one off'. Didn't argue cos got what I wanted. Lots of Boots near me anyway. :D

when i tried this a few days ago it worked. But today, it didn't.!!

This was the other way around for me - on Thursday it didn't work, but today it did.

Why don't you try showing them the receipt for your last transaction and make them honour it again - if they've already done it once ....

Under the terms of the offer they don't have a leg to stand on.

Got back into Boots'ing with avengence. I returned a NO7 gift set and another item (total original cost £5 due to vouchers etc.) Swapped it for 3xalchol gift sets, 3 x other gifts Total came to £30.00 approx and remainder of refund put on a gift card. got just over 300 points I think

Bought a boots lunch for dd and some hair gel and used a 200pts voucher so got another 200 points for a 50p spend.

Went to another Boots and got a cough and cold set with some 99p cold remedy and a 28p basic hair gel. Used voucher and got another 200pts

then bought just the hair gel and a further voucher used so another 200 pts.

Total spent today, £2.07 total points just over 900

    thanks all!!
