I HATE living near a rural Boots store. We never get any of these offers, even though I look and ask!! I even ask then to try many of the deals, even though they don't put signs up and they don't work - just because it's in the middle of nowhere. And the Advantage Point only gives out selected offers. When you put in the card in Birmigham or Telford for example, there are hundreds of offers, but not here.

Sorry to whinge, but can I do anything about this - it doesn't seem fair!!

Oops, sorry, in my irritation I forgot to add one good offer that's on the card at the moment - make sure you check the advantage point as there is a FREE, completely free, hair miniature from professional haircare available with voucher, ie Toni and Guy, and a couple of others. Got a mini harispray, worth £1.79 for free. This is not just the shampoo minis, but the serums, gels etc too - bargain for handbags and stocking fillers.

Hi - same here although not rural - also mine does not have a points/coupon machine :eek: which is a pain as I dont drive either and have to get a bus to nearest machine which doesnt always work (they have 3 machines in store, but none of them work together at once!!!!:rotfl: ), did complain about it and they did follow it up after the 2nd complaint.:T Still dreaming of the day I get a machine in my local store!!!!

Went into Boots this morning and bought another pack of basic razors and got the botanics lotion free. They've moved the sign from the razor section, but they've left the one near the more expensive hair removal stuff! Not sure when this offer ends as the sign just reads; offer subject to availability. I guess it will end when they run out of the stuff.

Some of you have mentioned a coupon (that you print off from the AC machine) for 200 points when you buy a shampoo. Do you know if you can print this coupon more than once? I used the AC machine today but there was no coupon for 200 points. I have a feeling my daughter printed this off last week (she loves printing off everything on offer) and I have probably thrown it away when I was clearing out the junk from my handbag.

I think there will be lots of promotions in store starting tomorrow. They have put some signs up around the cosmetics section. I spotted a sign for a free collection 2000 illuminating dust (instant shimmer). I asked the SA, what do I need to buy to get this and she said she didn't know because they have not finished putting up the signs! I said, it looks like they are giving them away, as there's nothing to say you have buy anything to get it free. So she gave me one for free! There was a similar sign next to the lip gloss. I should've asked for one of those too, hee!

Sally06.... yes you can print more than 1 voucher, got my mother to try it today..4 bottles 400 points only £1 spent ( her card only gave 100 points), then i had the one bottle left and got 150 points...so go fill your baskets!!

We are giving our shampoos to the ward we work on ....at least the patients will have clean hair!!

Forgotto say we used these vouchers on the boots basic shampoos 25p each

how did you complaint? mine doesnt have AC machine too... is it possible to write a letter?

I think this was because the offer is for a free Botanics lotion when you buy any Boots hair removal product, not a hair removal product by any brand.

Also available on the 2 for £2.00 offer, charged 41p for 2.
