Does anyone have a freephone or regional number for Boots CS? Not an 0845/0870 if helped please. I think I'm going to phone & complain about snotty woman now, she seemed to think she owed the store!

if you email them and tick the box for ringback they can call you within 48hours-i would phone though its worth it just to go back and take that snotty snobs smug look off her face.I'd love to do it myself with lots of coupons and 99p bodybars

Snobby SA in Boots today wouldn't let me have ANY offers :-( She said you have to spend £5 on Botanics to get a free mostuirser (Where does it say this?) also wouldn't let me get my top-up woth the points from AC. Took me over a week to find the Botanics items anyway so I'm not happy, will have to try again tomorrow.
I wouldn,t have left the store, hope you got her name:mad:

Just a bit confused, what is the current botanics offer in stores?

instore buy any botanics product and get free moisturiser product form botanics range , loads to choose from-night creams, day creams, body cream, body butter, eye creams etc.Cheapest product is 99p botanics body bar to get best deal with-make sure you use the 100point coupon from the mag aswell. If you can't find the bodybar then the bath mitts, mens shaving creams and the botanics tan exfoliater are the next best!!hth

Sorry if I caused any confusion...the Sisal Buffer is the Botanics bath mitt thing, this works with the offer for a free moisturiser. ;)

    Hi guys!

Went into Boots and got my free body souffle (sp?)
Just wondered if there is a way of adding all the different moisturisers people have got in one big list? I was a bit confused about what would go through as free and what wouldn't.

Does anyone know if the face serums would go through as they are on the shelf with the sign directly underneath them and they are £8-99 each, asked a lady in boots today and she said they are not a moisturser even though they are next to moistursers and have the sign saying free moisturser. If they are not a moisturser what are they as they are for the face.

Any info would be much appreciated.
