Did the Botanics offer again today. Bought the Sisal Buffer (no body bars left) for £1.95 and got Night Shift Moisture Cream free (usually £5.99). Grabbed a mag at the till and asked the cashier to scan the voucher. She said she couldnt as my items were already on an offer. I said "But it says buy any Botanics and get 100 points, and I have bought Botanics", so she scanned it and up came my 100 points!! She was quite suprised and even got the security guard to have a look as it was such a bargain!!

Does anyone have a freephone or regional number for Boots CS? Not an 0845/0870 if helped please. I think I'm going to phone & complain about snotty woman now, she seemed to think she owed the store!2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

did you get her name complain about her? ring customer services and explain what happened today and say you missed out on an offer and are upset, also about your top-up because you can use points. They are really nice and very helpful-ask them to confirm both querys and they should give you a reference number (sometiems even extra points for being upset).Go back in store and speak to the manager -and make sure you mention that mystery shoppers could be getting the same service from that Sa-that should sort you out!!hthLove can tame the wildest0 -

 What a cow!! No way is it a minimum £5 spend. I am new to this but have done 3 trips and always got the free moisturiser, twice with 99p body bar and today with a £1.95 loofah thingy.
