Buyer pulls out of sale and then bids on relisting!!!???

So what do I do? Last week this guy wins an auction at just over £500 and then claim it to be incompatible. I tend let him off with a mutual withdrawl. I have relisted and the guy has bid again!!! Can I block him totally?

I have retracted his bid and put him on a blocked list.

It is becoming apparent that the reason for pulling out originally was he thought he could get it for less. Is there any way I can report this to ebay and get him banned or something? It isnt although he is a new member... he has 74 feedback!

good on you to get him blocked, that can never happen to you again from the time waster seller, you can contact ebay either via email or live help and let them know, I am not sure they will ban him though...xx

yes I believe you just go to your account and sellers tools and add him to blocked bidders. To do this go into seller preferences and you will see a "Buying Requirements heading" go in here and you can block anyone . I would also report him to Ebay although they are a waste of space with just automated answers. You can also take his current bid off if you want to.

You can't report him now... your only opportunity would have been when he backed out of the original sale - you could then have given him a NPB strike.
