What to do with my investments

Hi
I have the following investments below (though iii)
However I'm beginning to think I should take some profit out of two of the funds (Gartmore and Old Mutual) and reinvest in something else.
But I have no idea how much to take out, where to put it etc...?!
My risk profile would be medium/high as I am fairly young still. But I am concerned that some funds are a big proportion of my current holdings - but opinions would be greatly appreciated as I'm something of a beginner at this.
I don't quite know what to ask as like I said I'm a bit of a beginner!
There's no real 'aim' for these investments. Just to put some money away for if I needed it in a few years time.

Based on the numbers you have given above I would suggest that it isn't worth selling or switching but to rebalance you change the monthly investments into other funds to give some core holdings to balance out the more risky ones. I used HSBC tracker funds in my ISAs to do this; they have very low charges and you don't have to worry about the manager not beating the market long term. They also have funds across a wide range of geographies so you can have UK and US indexes as well as Japan, Pacific and Europe.
By changing the monthly investments you will start to balance the portfolio away from the more risky elements.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

You know what you need to do. It's pretty simple.
Your choices are:
1) Do nothing
2) Sell the high performing investments and buy more of the low performing ones
3) Have an entirely different strategy.
You don't need us to decide that. We CAN'T know what your drivers are. It's up to you at the end of the day.0 -
With the sums involved I would sell three of them and buy a couple of ...dare I say it...more exciting ones. Right now the Far East is popular and there are some good funds i.e. doing well in a short time. China funds are producing good profits but some managers think it will not last. Also, with some of the funds I buy £1000 is the minimum.
Blackrock Gold & General has been very popular. M&G Global Basics too.
Invesco Perp Income is not doing well right now but has done very well in the past.
The same applies to Invesco Perp High Income but people are sticking with these two funds.
Finally, I thought I read that Gartmore is in trouble.0
