Hello, anyone please explain for me what is "mobile data" and what is "data roaming" in settings of iphone4?

Easy answer.

If mobile data is switched on, you can use the Internet when you're not using Wifi (that simplifies it a little, but it's close enough). Make sure you don't go over the data allowance on your contract though. If mobile data is switched off on your phone, you can only use the Internet (or apps which communicate over the Internet) when connected to Wifi.

Data roaming should probably always be turned off to be honest. If it's turned on, it means you can use mobile data (see above) when not on your 'home' network. Normally this would be the case if you're abroad, or in the Republic, or even near the border, and you could end up with a huge bill without knowing it.

Just to be clear, even if data roaming is turned off, the PHONE part of your iPhone will still roam and receive calls and texts at your network's normal roaming costs. It's just the data part which is switched off.
