That sounds like the checklist Mercedes. Were you or any family member invited to participate in the process? If you were not then they have breached the NHS National Framework which clearly states that there should be participation by family members or those representing the person being assessed."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Oh right i didn,t know, the only time we were called was to have a family meeting to discuss my grandmas future. I will have to make some enquiries.
