Car crash thoughts?

He knew I was ther his engine revs were huge as he tried to nip round me. Either he thought I was turing left as well and wanted to get into the right lane on the dual caridge way to overtake me or just missjudged cutting me up.

He claimed I hit him but the last word he said to me before he left was Sorry. Why would you say sorry if you didn' know you were in the wrong. I am just glad I saw him and was practically at a stand still when he clipped me. It could have been a lot worse if I had been going at any speed when we connected.

To be honest its just a car what makes me mad is the lies people will tell to avoid getting in trouble it makes me sad. I hope if he trully is "Sorry" he has a change of heart and tells the truth. If I hit someone I wouldn't admit it at the scene as they advise you not to but I wouldn't lie either I would just say I will give my version to the police, insurance whoever and tell them the truth!
