Mobile Phone Contract Checklist

Hi, a few days ago whilst going through the various posts relating to mobile phones someone had kindly listed the various things to check with regards to the actual contract.
I've been searching for this (or something similar) now for the last hour and a half and can't find anything.
If anyone has a checklist they can post on here it would be much appreciated. :beer:

(Sorry, couldn't resist it! Consumers lose a lot of independence - not only financial - when they sign up to a contract, but don't realise it until it is too late. If PAYG gets you your lifeline, you retain your independence and don;t have to keep worrying about your new liabilities.

A list would be very useful if anyone has one as I'm looking to upgrade my phone.
