Mobile Recycling Feedback - 02
Used the 02 Recycling service for my Nokia N97 mini. They quoted me a price of £90. After sending the phone, which worked perfectly and had no significant cosmetic damage, I received a text stating that they would be paying me £45 due to "wear & tear". It went on to state that if this was not acceptable, they would return the handset to me - for a fee of £15!! In short, shocking - avoid!
