right managed to get the english version but it says
You can request that your existing Business or Premier PayPal account be switched to micropayments pricing. Once your account is switched, you will no longer receive your old pricing, and instead you will be charged the Micropayments rate. You can only make the request with a Business or Premier account. To make the request and then theres a button to click but what if I want to keep my existing account as well , what do I do ???0 -

when you say 'bank account', you mean a current account - something that can handles direct debit etc ??0
-
It doesn't have to be a current account. My micro account is set up against my husbands old cash card account which was a basic account that he could do direct debits but doesn't have a debit card so until he added his credit card if we paid for something it sent the payment by Echeque however now we mainly only use the micro account to receive payments.0

Hi - I've never heard of micro payment accounts either and as most of my sales are less than £10, I think it may be more beneficial for me to use that type of account. I've tried the link given by Snakeeyes21 in January but can't make this work for UK and I can't find any mention anywhere on paypal's UK site. Has anyone got any other link?0

I had a Premier account and a Personal account. Found it much easier to convert the Premier one to a Micropayments a/c and the Personal to a Premier a/c - which is how Paypal seem to want you to do it.0
