I just don't see the point in the poll, all it has done is spark another confused debate when the discussion had reached what seemed to be a fair solution for all - post the comps on the main board, and then c+p a link to that comp on the sticky thread in the regulars board. Both main board users and regular board users will see it then, and it's fair for all compers. And nobody will dupe!

If you now search you will only find this in bargainhuntergals Dailys as removed from main board, but I think even if it hadn't been removed you would still have only found the one thread.

Whilst this thread is ongoing many regular posters ARE NOT Posting comps..... We are all missing out ......

So please please DO NOT restart the Poll... Its clear to see already, the majority want the comps to stay on the main board and linked to the Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sticky.

Cant we just implement this, without any more faffing about, and then we can all get on with COMPING, instead of bickering.

One of the poll options should have been:

'Just put things back as they were before' -there was nothing wrong with the old system.

To be honest I have only been on regular board once or twice.. just to browse through... I wondered what had happened to the Haggis comp and saw it had been moved there when I looked through just now ... I quite enjoyed doing that as you will see from the amount of times I spotted a Haggis... but then again as it wasn't on the main board just assumed it had finished and never went looking for it.. was just abit of fun really

I just do not have time to enter everything.. so I stick to main board, just entering prizes I would like to win daily.. am sure there are loads I would enter from other board if they were all listed in same place especially as some , say for instance, Company ones, are good but I forget about them ... but then thats down to me to search... and I can never find anything when I search anway...

this is just my personal experience and opinion .. really dont want to get into a debate, so good luck and hope you all get what you want in the end

I, like alot of others, will probably just carry on as normal and be as grateful as always, to those posting the comps for us

WE NEED ANOTHER POLL!!!!! lol ... to find out if people mainly/ primarily use the main board or the regs bit? without wanting to cause another argument i think there are a few 'reg board' users that are getting their knickers in a twist and causing a bit of a fuss about nothing... if the comps that usually appear on mains hadnt started being moved off the mains and stuck in Regs then none of this would have ever been raised... its only coz stuff suddenly started getting moved without warning or discussion.

said ages ago if they were going to have a poll maybe a locked one so no-one could reply, just vote
