NTL Freedom dialup alternatives?

Are there any ISPs that offer deals similar to NTL's Freedom dialup packages i.e., £15 per month for unlimited dialup and £15 of telephone calls included?
I have been with NTL for over a year and the service has been excellent. However I have had one or two websites that NTL's DNS or proxy servers have problems with, i.e. only working say once in every ten connections, (sometimes much worse). That was ok as the couple of sites it happened with were not important however it is now happening with my own website which means I can't access the site or email, ftp etc most of the time. I have emailed NTL a few times in the past about one site in particular but they weren't that helpful, ("please check cookies etc"). I have tried again given that my email is now affected but if they can't offer a solution soon I will have to go elsewhere.
Are there any alternatives out there?
cheers
