Well, if it should be outputting 20V and it's only doing 11V, that's your problem. Look at the label on the adaptor and the DC output will be shown. What is it?
You don't need an HP one, any independent shop (not PCW please!) should sell you a universal one-take the old one in with you and make sure they match it.No free lunch, and no free laptop
