T Mobile Pay as You Go

Hi
A friend of mine is currently a T Mobile customer with credit on her PAYG sim, however her dog ate the phone (yes her dog and honeslt true story as I have seen the phone!)
I am looking for handsets for her and they all seem to include £10 airtime which she doesn't need.
Is there anyway the airtime could get transfered onto her existing Sim as she doesn't want to loose the number.
Thanks
