Tesco Grocery app on Nokia, anyone using?

i've got a C7 & i just can't get this to work! 
it downloaded & launched fine & i was able to log-in ok, but not able to retrieve any orders. it said 'pls try again by clicking onto home'. tried loads of times, but i still get the same message.
uninstalled the app & started again, now i can't log-in at all, it states 'either Tesco site is very busy or you are in a low signal area' - for 2 days?!
i'm connecting via WLAN at home so signal shouldn't be a problem, i can go online for other things ok.
any suggestions?
