only booked the airport to my hotel. There is a free phone number when in the US and you phone upto 24 hours before and arrange. You'll see the vans all over new york, think they are a pretty big company in the U.S.0

We found the super-shuttle to be both convenient and reasonably priced. Just go to the desk in the airport and ask for it. We waited less than 5 mins before the driver came in for us - no trouble at all.
They drop you right outside your hotel and you can arrange to be picked up there when you're coming home.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
