she used my address because she works full time and hates having to collect her stuff from the sorting office, she just had a emaill saying its one order per household as per T&C.

  • I ordered the Sanctuary bracelet as well - I think it looks NICE in the picture but as soon as I took it out of the bag one of the charms dropped off! :(

Plus I was REALLY disappointed with it ... Its says RRP £31 so I thought the size and quality would be much better .. I can get better in Primark for 3 quid! lol

I rang them and they told me to send it back for a refund & they would refund my P&P charges for sending it back to them too

VERY disappointed and probably won't bother again - The only good thing is they said I can keep the keyring! :o
  • Hats off to Martine Wester :) I have just received my gift voucher after 3 emails! Yay!

I just wanted to give you some feedback on my bracelet. I received it the other day and was delighted with how it looked but wore it yesterday and I have already had 4 of the charms fall off! I guess it looks pretty but is not practical......maybe your not supposed to wear it but just look at it!:o

    Update:
I sent them an email with feedback stating I was disappointed and got a very nice email from them asking me to return the bracelet for and exchange at their expense. Very good customer service.

I'll stick it on the scales tonight and see what the postage is.

The bracelet and keyring arrived today, thanks so much! I see what you mean about it being bent but I will wear it with other bracelets so that it won't show. Thanks again xoxo
