I have just checked what I have ordered and it is nothing like what they have sent me. Just spoke to customer services who have advised me to send it back and they will refund the postage.
Anyone else had any problems or disappointed?

havent really had any problems - and I dont really feel that disappointed but I suppose I wouldn't have paid the full price - infact nor the reduced price for the necklace...£17.50 normally but reduced to £8.25 - but the fact I got it for free I suppose I can't really complain.
But there again I said the same thing about the HiHo Silver thing that was on MSE before

The packaging is lovely and I also got one of the strange giant leather keyrings. The earrings however were originally £25.00 :O I think £2.50 is about the right price. They look incredibly cheap, the shepherds hooks themselves bent very easily. I'll wear them as I like the design, but RRP, I don't think so lol

Not at all, but then I didn't like the look of that Sanctuary bracelet on the site, it looks far too gaudy, yak.

I'm familiar with their stuff so I sort of know what will look good 'in real life' and what won't. Glad that they are going to refund you though.

Just an update if anyone is likely to be ordering anything else from them they are giving away a free coin purse with every purchase over £10 until 1st march...
