I wont go into details incase i have to take this much further.

I ordered a large outdoor item for the garden at a pretty well known discount website (used by alot of mse members as thats how i first found them) at a cost of £150 back in mid Nov, i ordered a few other bits too. The small items arrived seperatly about a week later which is expected and then i awaited a phone call (was asked to supply on ordering) to arange delivery of the larger item. It got to near xmas and i emailed them. They have no number!

The responce was a general type of apology and how they hope all parcels will get to people in time for xmas. Wasn't really what i asked!
I have since then emailed another 4 times at least once a week all of which have been ignored. I don't know what to do now, they took the money back in nov and i have no other way to contact them other than email.

What is my next step? I have emailed again today stating they have 48hrs to respond or i will have no choice but to look at other options of getting my money back. Any help appreciated. :(

UPDATE 14/3
This follows on from a post i made about a 6-8weeks ago. Basically i bought a large garden item for around £150 it never arrived after promices that it would. I emailed every week and then thanks to this forum i got a number to ring. I have rang evey week since, been asked to fill out a claims form, sent it back. Been told 4 times now a refund will be in the bank by the end of the week.
Each time nothing turns up!
They are just fobbing me off, i have wasted so much time on this and just want my money back. I couldn't wait any longer to get the item so had to buy elsewhere so now i'm out of pocket twice.
What is my next course of action as it has been going on for 4mths

There is no number at all, their only 'contact us' page contains an email and an address. No number :( have googled too!
  • Sounds like a lot of Agro(s). ;) Had similar problem myself last year, got a refund eventually. Did you buy via eBay?

No sorry lets just say it was half the cost and i'm getting narked about it all now. Would my next course of action be the small claims court?
  • If you paid with a credit card, you should contact the credit card company.
  • Is it too late to dispute the purchase at your credit card company (I assume you paid with credit card)?

Why don't you name the company? if the company is named there is more chance of someone possibly having the contact number you require.

    Halfcost? Try 0871 376 99 51 or 01254302000
    I've used these numbers before.
Ask to be put through to Halfcost.
