I currently have a contract on O2 bought through them, I had no problems at all with my 1st cash back. So far all has gone well for me.0

Suggest you go to the search facility and put in OSPS or their full title and you will find tons of threads about them. This should give you more info about them and you can then make up your own mind.
In general I would say with any of these companies they set rules to trip you up and if they succeed you lose your money but if you weave your way round the obstacles you end up with the prize. When it comes to the contract then mistakes are things they are allowed to do but not you.0
