I think NCT nearly new sales are the best option if available. They're targeted at customers who are looking for baby things, whereas a general table top sale might have loads of customers looking for baby things or none. I couldn't really tell you if the prices you have in mind are realistic without knowing exactly what you're selling.
EBay prices often tend to be low because p&p has to be added, so customers can often get similar goods cheaper at boot sales, charity shops etc.
If you have plenty of room in your loft, I'd advise keeping some toys likely to attain collectable status. Cuddly toys aren't likely to increase in value over the next 20 years, but faddy toys might, especially those featuring popular film or TV characters. If you have any original packaging, so much the better!0 -
I would go with the car boot sale tbh.
