Equifax credit file & £17 cashback problem. HELP!

Hi, I signed up with Equifax and got an email from them so I could see my credit report. Have looked at my Topcashback and it still says pending. What are the chances of Equifax paying out?

this may not be related to equifax, however when I tried to sign up with them I used an email account that I only use for finances only banks credit cards ect. have it and this account has remained spam free for around 4 years now. although I made sure that equifax wouldn't pass on my details to other companies and declined to recive further offers and news from them since signing up this account has been receiving 200+ spam emails per day, and many of them from far from reputable sources and the typical 'I have a gazillion us dollars I want to give you' / please enter your bank and card details so we can unlock your account type phishing emails. really not happy I'll be in touch with them, equifax that is not the phishers! but I doubt I'll get anywhere.

I'll be honest - I didn't notice this with Equifax. I have my own domain name so I create a new and unique email address for every single company that wants an address for me. The one I gave to them hasn't had spam. Although, I did actually continue the subscription so they did make money from me.

It's always interesting to see which ones end up with spam, and that company's response when you email them and tell them! (Of course, they always deny it - what company is going to admit that they sell your email address?)

If I dont ring the number and go through with it do I still have to cancel? This is more trouble than it's worth imo.
