Nokia 7600 - Picture messages

Hi
My friends have tried to send me picture messages to my nokia 7600 on 3. My phone says that it is receiving the multimedia message but then the icon stops and I do not receive the message.
Why is this happening? Is there anything I can change in the settings to allow me to receive them?
I have read the manual and I think I have got the correct settings (the ones that were on the phone before!!) so what can I do?

Phoned up 3 customer service's yesterday and the man told me to check my memory and also change the settings. I have only used 2.2mb and have about 30mb free so that is enough to receive messages, so I changed the settings to what he told me. It is still not working as my friend sent me another picture message afterwards and I not receive it. It’s also charging them to send it to me even though I don’t actually get it!!

gte your friend to send it via bluetooth or email instead this way is free and you can still put it on your phone.

I could do that but it would be nice if i could receive picture messages as it is annoying that it won't work. I have 3 messages that have been sent to me that I have not received.
I went onto the Nokia site and almost registered my phone for MMS but it doesn't include 3. I went into CPW but they just told me to contact 3 again.

Has anyone who has this phone (Nokia 7600) on 3 had this problem and if not, how can I sort this out. Do i have to register/set-up MMS? How do i do that for 3 network?
