Only one radiator downstairs in 3 bed eot

I put in an offer for a newish build 3 bedroom eot house today but have since realised there is only 1 radiator in the whole of the downstairs of the house and that is in the lounge/diner that measures 5m x 4.7m So I was wondering if this is normal. Upstairs all 3 bedrooms each have a radiator and the bathroom has a heated towel rail.
The house is heated by a combi boiler. I need to put the wifes mind at rest as we currently live in a cold house and she will be mortified if our new house turns out to be cold too.
