I cannot find a listing at Companies House for Central Driving School and the web site seems to have vanished.

You need to go to the Consumer Direct website. Phone and they will get a Trading Standards officer to contact you.

No need to remove his address. It is given as 6, Didsbury Park on several business listing sites as a matter of public record.

I would be interested to know the exact name of his company - who do you make the cheques out to? If you have any concerns about dodgy dealings about tax, VAT, and so on, you could ask the Tax Office and the Insolvency Service Companies Investigations branch to look into Central Driving school:
