Problems with LG KG800 choclate mobile phone

HY Im hoping anyone on here can help me with this problem. I have had a LG KG 800 phone for my bday I want to download a text alert from the internet via bluetooth I can get the text alert on my phone not a problem but I cant get it as a text alert it only goes into my MP3 folder this is really frustrating now as the text tones are not good and really quiet. Does anyone have this phone and managed to solve this problem if so could they tell me please how they did it. I have looked into the instruction booklet but no help really.
