BT Total Broadband

Just received an email saying that I can upgrade to wireless broadband for the same price I pay currently, and I get a Wireless BT Home Hub for just £30 when I sign up online.
Does this sound like a good deal, or will I be better off buying a separate wireless modem and do it myself?

It will probably mean a 12 month extension to your contract. Get a hub yourself then go to someone other than BT for your broadband as you will be able to get it cheaper elsewhere."Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." What I did when I saw all the sweeteners that new BT Broadband customers were getting I was pretty hacked off so rang them to cancel my option 2 subscription ..I was transfered to another department and negotiated a discounted wireless router a reduction in my monthly payments and some how an upgrade to option 3..I ...had to take out a new 12 month contract though..secretely I was glad that I didn't have to cancel as I can't fault the service
