A hamper for an Aunt & Nan who is Diabetic??

  • my granddad was diabetic and he used enjoy a good selectoin of his favourite sweets from his childhood days (when ever they were). but i used to get theem from here... they stock a good selection of sugar free stuff. and even stuff from when i was a kid.

    I so agree bekki, the diabetic chocolate is terrible!! Much prefer the real thing, just a little but boots do hold a wide range, Holland and Barratt also, steer clear I would say.
    If it is xmas and xmas presents are about the person(whether diabetic or not) why not concentrate on pampering bits and pieces, a lovely scarf for nan? Hat, gloves, diaries, bath smellies, little ones they do in superdrug to put in a hamper, her favourite perfume in miniature, a hand lotion, nail varnish all the bits and pieces that are lovely to have but we don't get aorund to buying for ourselves? xx

    my grandad is diabetic and i've bought him some chocolate and toffees from the thorntons diabetic range and he loves them
