Luton Airport Parking

I'm going to Paris with 3 colleagues for 3 days next week. We're getting the train from St Pancras station. The problem we have is parking. We're going to be driving from Manchester to London. One of my colleagues says there's a reasonable priced car park at Luton Airport near the train station. Does anyone know if this is likely to be the best option? If so is it secure? Would it be safe leaving it there? Is it really worth parking so far out?
Sorry for all the questions, I just don't fancy leaving the car and it getting stollen. It's nothing special but it's got 4 wheels and it goes.

Was fine for me, last time I checked it was £20 for the week so will be cheaper for 3 days - take ticket on arrival, pay before you leave. 100m walk to the train station where Hoppa buses ran every 10 mins or so to the airport, used to be £4 per adult or so. If you are travelling into London check out the prices on trainline.com, they may be cheaper than buying on the day. Very convenient.
This was a year ago, can anyone confirm parking prices please? Too lazy to ring them0 -
I've used the multistorey at Luton Parkway trainstation before without any issues - very safe and plenty of capacity. Two second walk to the bus which drops you at the terminal in under 5 minutes.
On airport parking is more expensive and doesn't actually save you any time.Legal team on standby0 -
£6.20 a day £28 a week per the National Rail website - not always 100% accurate.
On this route advance tickets are no cheaper. £12.50 single £21.00 return
If you are travelling offpeak you can use the groupsave offer - you will have to buy day returns (the offer is only valid on day returns) at £13 each for 2 - the other 2 travel free - in both directiions. You can buy on the day
So peak travel - £84 total
off peak one way £76
off peak both ways £52
Mind you it might actually be better overall to park at the NCP near the Eurostar terminal - £30 per 24 hours0 -
One bonus of Luton Parkway is that you get charged by the incremental period to a maximum of per day. So if you return half way through the day, you pay pro rata.0

a tip is to always look around online for the different car parks at luton airport because the prices that you get online will almost always be better than what you would pay if you just turn up and pay on the day. i think you can save up to 60% in some cases.0

You can get parking at a Luton airport supplier for around £28 per week (with a promo code) but its a long way from the airport. With shuttle bus adds about 45 minutes each way.
Same car park does a service to bring your car to the airport for an extra £20ish.
Or the railstation car park is good...and quick.
My money is at the station! No reason to drive to London....you have to drive right past it!0 -
we left our car at the station car park for a week approx 2 years ago - was fine no problems and it wasnt very expensive - approx £20 something:j MFi3 wannabee :j
