  • I experienced exactly the same with the artificial sweeteners one - was doing it forever and then got screened out! I never seem to get any from Populus but easily get one or two a day from NewVista - interesting to hear about the price difference though. Will have to check that out.

I don't think you're alone on getting 'You cannot apply for this job.' I tried to claim an article today and it said the same thing, so I presume that's the new way of blocking people under a certain rating from doing a job..?

Either that or they just aren't properly on the system yet, as I saw the jobs counter rising whilst I was going around the site.

One more thing, a question directed at those who are writing for Vivatic: do you still get emails confirming your score for articles that you submit? I haven't had a confirmation email for about the last 5 articles that I wrote, and it's a little annoying since I can't see if my score is rising or falling. :/
  • My writing score seems to have dropped and have not been offered any new jobs. Noticed that there was a rejected job in "My rejected jobs" that I did not wrote. Emailed them to complain but nothing...

Yeah I've had no reply to my email asking about scoring confirmation that I sent two weeks ago.

Weird that we aren't getting those emails :/ Though I've been able to claim the other £7 jobs that are on there at the moment, just none of the £8.50 solar panel jobs that they're adding this afternoon.

Well my average is about 4.6 and I couldn't claim those £8.50 jobs either. I think it must be a system error. I thought it was because I dropped two £7'ers to pick them up but if everyone is having the same problem....

I think they are just snowed under at the moment and trying to get more work in.

How come you get £4 and I only ever get £3. I've been with Pinecone for years.
I agree about the New Vista surveys being much too long. Perhaps we should all complain to Vivatic as the website says the average length of a survey is 15 minutes. I started one of the Web Sourcing surveys once but it was clearly going to go on for around 45 minutes and that's just taking the michael.

Some people get £4 others get £3, it depends on when you joined. My daughter only receives £3.

I just tried a Web Sourcing survey for 85p and was told it would take 30 minutes. 30 minutes for 85p???? Luckily I got past the first page and it said it had closed. That really is taking the mickey.
