I also tried it with one of my genuine email addresses, but one they know about and it worked fine too.
If you are getting that message it could be because they have deactivated your account and don't want you contacting them.
They may have set the email form to disallow emails from people on their de-activated list, but allow all others. Probably don't want de-activated people contacting them asking for their money.
If you have more than one email address, try using one they don't know about.
Thanks Joe,
Just tried using my regular email address and logged in no problem.Must have just being a temporary blip.So much for my Microsoft update conspiracy theory:rotfl:0 -
I tried Vivatic last night. Spent 20 minutes answering questions about quakers snack bars, my political compass and a few other topics only to be told that I didnt qualify for the survey!!
I'll be giving them a bye.May £10 a day - £319.87/£3100 -
The amount of surveys has been slower, I'm not even getting 1 a day now and even then I don't qualify for all. Is it maybe because they didn't expect us MSE'rs religiously filling out the surveys to get the extra cash?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

Same thing here, I had one last Saturday (which still hasn't been credited), and that's all I've been eligible for.
Hope they pick up again soon...Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

Same for me - keep getting the invites to take a survey then it's "sorry, there's no surveys at the moment".
Thought it was too good to last!0 -
Not getting any invites at all on this. Done a couple of the £1.00 or 85p surveys, but apart from the first one, none of the others have been credited after several days.
I think it's probably a scam, at the very least it's a waste of time.
Still, at least all the random unsolicited spam bullshine I expect to soon receive as a result of signing up with these clowns will go to a unique email address and can thus be easily ignored.0 -

I don't wait for invites, I log on and find there are surveys there. Although they are not there every day.Done a couple of the £1.00 or 85p surveys, but apart from the first one, none of the others have been credited after several days.
I did three x 85p surveys and never got paid for them, didn't get a reply from my emails either.
On the other hand, I got an email out of the blue the other day, saying
"Dear member,
Thanks for your continuing support of Vivatic.
Due to an error in our system, some members were not correctly credited for completing some of our 3rd party surveys. Our records indicate that your account was one of those affected. We have now corrected the problem and have updated your account with the additional credit."
I got credited £1, but don't remember ever doing a £1 survey and not getting credited for it.I think it's probably a scam, at the very least it's a waste of time.
I don't think it's either. I don't do the 85p surveys now, but have done loads of £1 ones and been paid.
I think their problem is they don't have enough staff to deal with all the emails they get. But they do seem honest and they do pay.0 -

I realise some others have not been paid for some surveys, however so far I have been paid for every single one I complete.
I don't think it's a scam at all, and they seem very legitimate. I have had 3 £9.80 payments from them so far.
I don't wait for email invites, I go on there every now and then during the day to see If I can do any surveys. Recently I havnt been able to do a survey for about a week now, I have had several surveys available but I didnt qualify for most. Waiting for a pickup soon.0
