I have one payment today and a payment that should have been paid last week hasn't updated to should be paid this week so I doubt I will see that payment unless I chase it up.
Joe, you are only supposed to get £9.80, it costs 20p to receive payment or something like that.Comping wishlist for 2017

Yes, there was a post on here supposedly from Vivatic - oddly enough it seems to have gone, where they explained that it costs them 20p to pay us using Paypal.
I regularly get paid by another very popular survey company and they pay me the whole amount via Paypal (but they could be just absorbing the charges).0 -

I have had exactly the same problem but with the My Survey site this only stated to occur after a windows update middle of last week (coincidence?)0 -

Well according to Vivatic my account is either unactivated or banned - Earnt £20 with them that was meant to be paid out today and had nothing, Im so annoyed that Ive spent all this time and they appear to have now blocked my account! Here's the thing though,I'm obviously a member as I am sent regular email survey invites.Which I in turn complete and am awarded points for.
However when I input my email address (the same as the address as they have used to send me invites) into the required field in the survey sites contact us page in order that I can inform them of my difficulties when attempting to log in I receive an 'email address is not registered with us' error message.Hence my mentioned suspicions regarding the microsoft update.:)0 -

That's odd, I just tried it with an email address I just made up and it worked fine. The email address was my domain, so nobody else could possibly have that address.
I also tried it with one of my genuine email addresses, but one they know about and it worked fine too.
If you are getting that message it could be because they have deactivated your account and don't want you contacting them.
They may have set the email form to disallow emails from people on their de-activated list, but allow all others. Probably don't want de-activated people contacting them asking for their money.
If you have more than one email address, try using one they don't know about.0
